The Pirscher Gear Polar driven hunt jacket is an extra-warm lined, windproof & waterproof hunting jacket for driven hunt. Thanks to its low-noise fabric structure and the bright signal camo, the jacket is ideal for hunters at social hunts.
The Pirscher Gear Polar driven hunt jacket in the signal colour Optimax Blaze was designed by us as a winter-proof companion for the driven hunt: it protects against icy temperatures, wind, rain and snow. Thanks to the Optimax Blaze camouflage in bright orange, the driven hunt jacket provides effective camouflage for game and at the same time very good visibility for fellow hunters - for greater safety on the social hunt.
Jacket construction and features
For reliable protection against cold wind and wet conditions, we have opted for an ADDVENTEX 10.10 membrane with a water column of 10,000 mm (m²/24h) and a breathability of 10,000 g (m²/24h). The ADDVENTEX 10.10 membrane permanently blocks even heavy precipitation and provides effective protection against rain, snow and wind.
The combination with the roughened polyester outer fabric means that the membrane is even quiet enough for the wild boar hunt. This is because the soft outer material has noise-absorbing properties. At the same time, it is hard-wearing and durable.
The extra-warm Feather Touch padding with a thickness of 140 g/m² acts as an insulating cold barrier under the membrane. The sleeves are slightly lighter padded (120 g/m²) to ensure good mobility.
The icier the outside temperatures, the more important it is to keep the torso area warm when hunting. That's why we have equipped the Pirscher Gear Polar driven hunt jacket with an additional heat-reflecting thermal coating in this area. Like a rescue blanket, the silver coating reflects the body's infrared heat radiation and prevents chilling. In order not to restrict breathability, the coating is applied in a close-meshed grid of dots instead of over a large area.
The practical 2-way zip is protected from wind and moisture by a flap with magnetic fastening . The high collar lined with cosy fleece and the extended back provide even more weather protection. The adjustable drawcord at the waist and hem and the adjustable cuffs protect against cold draughts.
The jacket's hood is detachable, can be adjusted twice and has a small peak to keep the rain off your face. When designing the hood, we made sure that it restricts your field of vision as little as possible when hunting. After all, peripheral vision is often crucial on the driven hunt.
The jacket is equipped with a total of 10 pockets: In addition to two inside pockets, two chest pockets, two spaciousfront pockets with magnetic closure and two slide-in pockets, two Napoleon pockets with warm fleece lining provide space for warming hands and allow a very comfortable waiting position for hunters.

Habe lange noch einer Jacke gesucht, die mich auf dem Stand nicht so sehr in der Bewegung einschränkt, habe die Pirscher Gear Polar in der Werbung gesehen und bestellt. Schnelle Lieferung! Die Jacke ist sehr angenehm und hat einen super Tragecomfort, die Verarbeitung ist Klasse! Die Jacke hat eine sehr gute Passform.
