The following terms and conditions apply:
Deliveries are made within Germany and in the following countries:
Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Rumania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom.
Shipping to German islands and foreign islands is excluded.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
For delivery within Germany and packaging costs, we charge € 5.95, regardless of the number and weight of the items. Delivery will be made by DHL.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
Delivery to Austria (DHL Austria)
For delivery to Austria and packaging costs, we charge € 6.95, regardless of the number and weight of the items. Delivery will be made by DHL. A minimum order value of 30 € applies.
Delivery to Switzerland (DHL Switzerland)
For delivery to Switzerland and packaging costs, we charge € 9.95, regardless of the number and weight of the items. For deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs may be incurred in the form of customs duties or import taxes, which are to be borne by you. Delivery is made by DHL. A minimum order value of 50 € applies.
Delivery within Europe (DHL Europe)
For delivery to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and packaging costs, we charge € 7.95 €, regardless of the number and weight of items. There may be additional costs and surcharges for remote area deliveries, these must be borne by the customer. Delivery will be made by DHL. A minimum order value of 50 € applies.
Delivery outside Europe (DHL Europe)
For delivery to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Croatia, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus and packaging costs, we charge € 28.90, regardless of the number and weight of items. There may be additional costs and surcharges for remote area deliveries, these must be borne by the customer. Delivery will be made by DHL. A minimum order value of 50 € applies.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany, within 2 - 4 days to Austria and Switzerland and within 2 - 14 days after conclusion of the contract for all other international deliveries (after the date of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).
Every order with successful receipt of payment (or purchase on account) before 2:00 p.m. will be dispatched on the same day, provided that a delivery time of 1-2 days is indicated for the item. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Please note that there will be no dispatch or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Further details on payment
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
