If you are satisfied, so are we! However, if a delivery should give rise to a complaint, we will find a solution for that as well. Just send us a message! It is important to us that you are satisfied. In addition, we offer a 30-day free return service for customers from Germany.

Returns from Austria, Switzerland & other EU countries

If you would like to return goods to us, please proceed as follows. We would like to kindly remind you that we can only take back unworn goods with original packaging including all labels.

1. Fill out the form
   Please fill out the return form and include it in the package so that we can process your return as quickly as possible. You can download the form here.
   
   
2. Pack the goods
   Please pack the goods securely and in a suitable shipping carton so that they reach us undamaged.
   
   
3. Send goods
   Please stamp the package sufficiently and send it to:

   Important note: Your return label is your posting receipt. Please keep this until you have received a return confirmation from us by e-mail. We recommend using only insured shipping services.

Return instructions for customers from Germany

4 simple steps - this is how the free return service within Germany works:

1. Fill out the form
   Please fill out the return form and include it in the package so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

2. Pack the goods
   Please pack the goods securely and in a suitable shipping carton so that they reach us undamaged.
   
   
3. Print DHL package label
   We will email you a free DHL sticker via the returns portal of our shipping partner DHL. To do this, enter your data in the portal (do not forget to enter the correct invoice number!) and click on 'Send e-mail'. You will then receive a PDF document with your free return stamp by email. Open the document and print it out.

4. Send goods
   Cut the return label along the marked line and stick the right part of the return label on the sealed package. You can now hand in the package free of charge at any DHL/Post branch. The left part of the return label is your posting receipt. Please keep this until you have received a return confirmation from us by e-mail.
