Everything a hunting rucksack needs

A good hunting rucksack has to perform well outdoors. That’s why, with the Pirscher Gear hunting rucksack, we’ve opted for a simple, practical layout designed for hunting: ample storage space, easily accessible compartments and plenty of options for attaching additional kit to the outside.

The large main compartment, with a total volume of 30 litres, offers space for clothing, food and hunting accessories. An elasticated inner pocket keeps equipment separate from the rest of the contents. For smaller items, there is a separate front compartment with a zipped mesh pocket and additional pockets.

An additional zipped pocket at the top keeps items within easy reach that you need to access quickly whilst on the move.

Modular, when you need to carry more

The detachable front compartment creates additional storage space and features MOLLE and attachment loops on the outside for further equipment. If the additional compartment is not needed, it can be easily removed.

An elasticated front drawstring, two side mesh pockets and side compression straps complete the features. This allows additional kit to be attached to the outside and the contents of the rucksack to be securely held in place.

Hunting rucksack with stock pouch for long guns

The detachable stock pouch is particularly practical for hunting. It securely holds the rifle stock and stabilises the long gun whilst it is carried on the rucksack.

In addition, the rucksack is designed for use with the Pirscher Gear Rifle Quick Release System. This allows the mount holding the long gun on the rucksack to be opened quickly, enabling the weapon to be removed in a controlled manner.

This keeps your hands free, particularly whilst stalking or on longer walks in the hunting ground, without having to sacrifice quick access to the rifle.

Comfortable to carry, even on longer walks

Padded shoulder straps, a padded back panel, a chest strap and a wide hip belt ensure a stable and comfortable fit. The hip belt helps to distribute the weight more evenly and reduces strain on longer walks.

There is a zipped pocket on each side of the hip belt. Smaller items of kit can be kept within easy reach in these. Inside, there are Velcro panels to which compatible Pirscher Gear cartridge holder patches can be attached.

Rain cover always to hand

Should the weather take a turn for the worse, the matching rain cover is already included. It is stored safely in the separate bottom compartment and can be quickly pulled over the rucksack when needed.
