Features of the Pirscher Gear Allseason Ladies Pants
The Pirscher Gear Allseason Ladies Pants have an active, feminine fit. The high-cut waistband with elastic inserts, in combination with the extremely stretchy material, ensures a very comfortable fit.
Inside the waistband of the pants, an anti-slip band prevents the top from sliding up unintentionally during movements. At the bottom, boot hooks are sewn into the hem of the pant legs and prevent the pants from sliding up from the hunting boot. Thus, the entire cut of the women's hunting pants is perfectly designed for active types of hunting.
During strenuous activities, two ventilation zippers allow cooling air circulation. They are placed along the sides of the thighs and equipped with breathable mesh inserts. This prevents annoying branches from getting into the hunting pants when marching through the undergrowth.
Due to their waterproof zippers and taped seams, the hunting pants are fully sealed. Robust reinforcements at the leg end made of durable nylon make the pants more resistant.
The pants are equipped with a total of five pockets. Two slide-in pockets, two thigh pockets and one back pocket provide ample storage space for small items of hunting equipment. The two patch thigh pockets are equipped with waterproof zippers. The back pocket also has a zipper.
The three-layer material structure in detail
1st layer: ADDVENTEX 5.8 membrane
The outer layer is formed by an ADDVENTEX 5.8 membrane with a water column of 5,000 mm (m²/24h) and a breathability of 8,000g (m²/24h). The higher the water column, the more waterproof but also noisier the jacket and the worse the breathability. In our view, the moderately strong membrane delivers the best compromise between quietness, windproofness, rain protection and breathability.
The ADDVENTEX 5.8 membrane blocks light to moderate rain over a medium period of time and effectively protects against wetness. At the same time, it optimally transfers moisture to the outside in the form of vapor. The high windproofness of the membrane prevents cooling by wind and stores body heat under the hunting pants. Nevertheless, the outer material is still quiet enough for hunting use on the stalk and the Ansitz.
2nd layer: Stretch
The task of the stretch layer is to provide maximum freedom of movement. We have chosen to use two different stretch fabrics in the pants. One material is more resistant and is used in the knee area and on the buttocks, as these areas are more exposed. The other material is more elastic due to a higher stretch content and is used in the movement-intensive thigh areas. This means that the pants adapt perfectly to every movement during the hunt and never constrict.
3rd layer: Waffle Grid Fleece
The inner layer of the pants is made of a soft fleece with a honeycomb structure. The honeycomb structure forms small air channels in the fleece material, through which moisture can be transported away more quickly. At the same time, however, the air pockets also store body heat better. This gives the hunting pants a high insulation capacity and at the same time ensures a comfortable, airy feel.
